Account & Registration

How do I create a Kionova account?

Creating an account is simple:

  1. Click the "Sign Up" or "Register" button on our homepage
  2. Enter your email address, choose a username, and create a password
  3. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
  4. Complete your professional profile (recommended for credibility)

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings - Account Settings
  2. Scroll to "Delete Account" section
  3. Click "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after 30 days.


Posting Technical Content

How do I create a post?

To share technical knowledge:

  1. Click the "Create Post" or "+" button
  2. Write your technical content, solution, or insight
  3. Add code snippets, images, or diagrams if helpful
  4. Select the relevant technical category
  5. Click "Post" or "Publish"

What types of content can I share?

You can share:

  • Technical solutions and code examples
  • How-to guides and tutorials
  • Architecture decisions and best practices
  • Tool comparisons and recommendations
  • Problem-solving approaches
  • Technical news and updates relevant to our six domains

All content must fall within our six technical focus areas.

What content is NOT allowed?

The following content is not permitted on Kionova:

  • Political discussions or opinions
  • Entertainment, lifestyle, or personal content
  • Religious or philosophical debates
  • Marketing without technical value
  • Any content outside our six technical domains

Off-topic content will be removed to maintain our technical focus.

Can I edit or delete my posts?

Yes:

  • Edit: Click the three-dot menu on your post - "Edit Post"
  • Delete: Click the three-dot menu - "Delete Post" - Confirm

Note: Deleted posts cannot be recovered.
